While the menu focuses primarily on the execution of authentic Mexican food, chef Lorenzo also creates fusion dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world. Everything is scratch made with only the freshest of ingredients!
Chef Lorenzo Santillan
Chef Lorenzo has always mixed his passion for innovation with a respect for tradition. As a high-schooler, his robotics team beat out some of the most prestigious university teams in the country by using unorthodox engineering methods. Now, Lorenzo applies those same principles to his cooking and culinary ventures, as the owner of “Ni De Aqui Ni De Alla”. Lorenzo’s success in robotics created a community that rallied around him after he graduated from high school. Donors raised the funds necessary to send him to culinary school, and later, help him build the custom food trailer that houses his roaming restaurant.
While we’ve had plenty of carne asada fries in our years in street food, chef Lorenzo’s version of this favorite takes it to the next level! The unique addition of refried beans combined with high quality carne asada made in-house makes this dish the favorite when we see Ni De Aqui, Ni De Alla!
