Wood Fired Pizza – made fresh in the wood fired oven on the truck! This isn’t just plain jane pizza though. The crust is made from AZ grown and milled flour and topped with combinations of fresh ingredients you’ve never thought of!
Chef Seth has cooked professionally in NM, NY, WA, BC, and ME and he runs The Pizza Sloth his vast culinary experience as an executive chef. Trained classically in French and Italian with specialties in baking, Chef Seth finds simplicity in utilizing local ingredients at their peaks to capture the flavors as they mingle with the wood fired flames of the custom built oven.
While every pizza on the menu is a new experience combined with a witty name, “Meatasticka” is our favorite! Topped with pepperoni, mozzarella, provolone and tomato sloths, this pizza is delicious just like it is on the menu but add jalapenos for a little more kick and it’s heaven!
